He attended the Master’s degree in Business Law at Austral University (1995) and completed the Executive Program in Agribusiness at San Andrés University (2010).

His practice is focused on providing advice on corporate matters, international transactions, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, agribusiness and structuring of bank financing and investment projects.

He participated in several courses, including “Orientation on the U.S. Legal System” at American University (Washington DC – 2003) and “Financial Restructuring” at IAE (2005).

Alexia Rosenthal

She also graduated as Bachelor in Political Sciences at the same university (1996).

She attended the Master’s degree in “Politics of the World Economy” at the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) (1997) and conducted post-graduate studies in Business Law Specialization at Austral University (1999).

Her practice is focused on advising both local and international entities on Capital Markets, Banking and Financial Law, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Regulations of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic, Financial Restructuring and Mergers and Acquisitions.

Specialized in the regulation of the National Securities Committee. Member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires since 1995.

Bernardo Cassagne

Lawyer. He obtained his degree from the School of Law of the Argentine Catholic University in 1996.

He conducted post-graduate studies in Economic Administrative Law.

His practice is focused on Competition Law and regulation of domestic trade, and on Administrative Law and Corporate Law.

He has been advisor to companies belonging to regulated sectors on free competition. He intervened in important cases connected to the prior control of mergers and acquisitions, and also in cases of anti-competitive practices.

He has advised national and international companies on price control matters and other regulations related directly or indirectly to domestic trade, especially law of supply, consumer rights, fair trading and unfair competition.

From his first years as a lawyer, he has advised and participated in numerous national and international bidding processes for the privatization of public utilities and/or general interest services.

He was a foreign lawyer at Holme, Roberts & Owen Law Firm, USA (2005). He was designated by « Global Chambers » 2009-2017 Band 1 « individual leaders » in Argentina on Competition Law.

He obtained his degree from the School of Law of the Argentine Catholic University in 1996. He conducted post-graduate studies in Business Administration at Berkeley University (1997) and in Capital Markets at the Argentine Catholic University (2000).

He is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Entrepreneurship Center of IAE and Board Member of ENABLIS Argentina.

With his team provides advice to companies, investors, VC Funds, accelerators, specially on the start-up of new ventures in Argentina and Latam.

He has a unique expertise in the “matching” between entrepreneurs and investors.

He has participated in the start-up of companies, accelerators and venture capital funds as well as in numerous mergers and acquisitions.

Rafael José Algorta

He attended several post-graduate courses both in the country and abroad (USA-Italy) on Business Administration and Legal Aspects of Management.

His practice is focused on providing advice to companies, especially in corporate and labor matters and litigation.

During his experience as a public officer, he was National Director of Trade Union Associations and Assistant Secretary of Labor Relations in the Ministry of Labor of the Argentine Republic.

He gave courses and conferences throughout the entire country.

He participated in the start-up of companies and venture capital funds, as well as in several M&A operations.

He teaches entrepreneurs about the legal aspects of their projects and in prestigious institutions including the Entrepreneurship Center of ITBA, of which he is co-founder, Endeavor Foundation and the Entrepreneurship Center of IAE, among others.
