O’Farrell and Tanoira Cassagne steer another YPF issuance

Estudio O’Farrell has helped Argentine energy company YPF Luz make a US$66 million debt issuance.
Tanoira Cassagne Advogados advised a syndicate of 15 banks in the deal, which closed on 6 December.
The banks also relied on in-house counsel.
The debt was issued in three tranches. Two issuances of notes worth 1.6 billion pesos (US$28 million) and 1.1 billion (US$19 million) were followed by a third of US$19 million.
Financial groups Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Río, Balanz Capital Valores, SBS Trading and Allaria Ledesma & Cia were organisers in the deal.
The organisers also acted as placement agents alongside several other banks.
The notes were regulated by Argentine law.
