Lawyer, graduated from the Facultad de Derecho de la Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, in 1996. He completed his postgraduate studies in Business Administration at Berkeley University (1997) and in Capital Markets, at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (2000).

Manuel is Co-Founder of the firm leading the Venture Capital team of the firm.

He is also co-founder and Director of Public Policies of ASEA (Asociación de Emprendedores de Argentina), leading together with his team, the negotiation of the process Venture Capital Law of Argentina (Law 27.349).

Together with his team, asists all kind of companies, investors, venture capital funds and new business in Argentina and Latin America. His main expertise is matching entrepreneurs and investors, participating in the start-up of new companies, VC Funds and Corporate VC Funds, as well as numerous M&A transactions.

Through the Venture Capital team of the firm, together with the Argentine Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (SEPYME, ASEA, ENDEAVOR, IAE, UDESA, ITBA, SIGLO XXI, INICIA, among others) they collaborate with the mentoring, training and support of more than 1,200 new entrepreneurs per year.
