The Province of Neuquén (the “Province”), has successfully issued the Series I Class 1 Treasury Notes maturing on April 7, 2022, for a total aggregate amount of AR$2.266.089.266, with a nominal annual variable rate equivalent to the Badlar rate plus a margin of 8%, 1 (“ Serie I Treasury Notes”), under the Province’s Global Treasury Notes Program for the year 2021, created by Provincial Decree N°370/21, within the aggregate amount of AR$7.000.000.000 (pesos seven billion) or its equivalent in other currencies, expandable, in accordance with the article 29 and concordant of Provincial Law N°3275 (the “Program”). The issuance date of the Treasury Notes Serie I was on April 7, 2021.
