Tanoira Cassagne advises Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires on its registration as frequent issuer for the issuance of notes
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados acted as legal counsel of Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. (the “Bank”) in the authorization of its notes offering memorandum under the simplified Frequent Issuers Regime before the Comisión Nacional de Valores (National Securities Commission) (the “Notes Offering Memorandum”), for the issuance of simple notes, not convertible into shares, in tranches and without the option to re-issuance, for the total aggregate amount of U$S 2,100,000,000 (the “Notes”).
The Notes Offering Memorandum and the registration before the National Securities Commission (“CNV”) was authorized through a resolution of the Board of Directors of the CNV on November 13, 2019; with the number 11.
Tanoira Cassagne Abogados acted as deal counsel through a team led by partners Alexia Rosenthal and Jaime Uranga assisted by associates Juan Sanguinetti and María Belén López Domínguez.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U is a private financial entity owned by Grupo Financiero Galicia. Its main activity is to carry out operations and authorized businesses within the banking and financial activity.
