TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Gestión Inmobiliaria del Norte S.A. as issuer, Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Investment Managers as organizers and placement agents, Comafi Bursátil S.A. and Supervielle Agente de Negociación S.A.U. as sub-placement agent, while Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Artnsen (PAGBAM) advised Banco Santander Argentina S.A. as organizer and placement agent, in the company’s first issuance under the public offering regime of the following Negotiable Obligations: (i) Serie I Class 1 Notes for a nominal value of $93,333,332 denominated, integrated and payable in pesos, due on February 11, 2025 with a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus a margin of 0,00% (the “Notes Serie I Class 1”); and (ii) Serie I Class 2 Notes for a nominal value of US$3,065,801 denominated in Dollars, to be subscribed and paid in pesos due on February 11, 2025 with a fixed rate of 0,00%, and an over-subscription of 60 times the amount issued (the “Notes Serie I Class 2” and with the Notes Serie I Class 1 the “Notes”). The Notes were issued on August 11, 2022
The Notes are guaranteed by Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Santander Argentina S.A. as Guarantee Entities authorized by the National Securities Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
