TCA Tanoira Cassagne and PAGBAM advises on the issuance in the segment of Guaranteed Notes of Agroempresa Colón with a fixed rate of 0% and an over- subscription of 62 times the amount issued

TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Agroempresa Colón S.A., as issuer and Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco CMF S.A and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. as organizers and placement agents, and Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM) advised Banco Santander Argentina S.A. as organizer and placement agent, in Agroempresa Colón´s issuance of the US$4,467,805 Dollar-Linked Guaranteed Notes Serie VI Class II (the “Notes”) with a fixed rate of 0,00%, and an over- subscription of 62 times the amount issued. The Notes were subscribed, integrated and payable in Argentine pesos and due on July 19, 2024.

The Notes were issued on July 19, 2022. The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco CMF S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Santander Argentina S.A. as Guarantee Entities authorized by the National Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV for its acronym in Spanish).
